雅思写作就业类话题如何得高分

  在烤鸭们不断低龄化的时代,一个简单的就业类话题,已然成为难点了。其实关于之前雅思的考题,对于有求职或者工作经验的考生来说还是浅显易懂的。这年头聊到工作,我们谈理想、说未来,就是不提及工资,因为伤心的点就在工资上。在无数次拉低本地区平均工资的同时,这次又被写作题目痛打伤处。


  原题如下:

  It is a good thing that salaries of senior management positions are much higher than other work in the same company or organization. To what extent do you agree or disagree? 20161029

  这个题目其实直截了当,并没有太多需要考生们注意分析的重点。提问方式也是极其常见的方式,因此从论证的角度而言,本题难度有限。

  In ordinary workers' mind, people in senior management positions are usually bookworms wearing glasses, sitting in front of a desk with a cup of coffee in a nice suit and doing nothing in the whole day, and besides they quarrel with each other in some meetings for some odd reasons. Thus, general employees can be easily shocked by knowing how much those eggheads can earn monthly. No matter whether they can accept this cruel truth or not, it is definitely reasonable.

  开头段,在交代背景之后,直接点题。只不过本文的背景和点题都是从普通员工的角度出发,这也符合题干的要求。本段最后一句,阐明了环球教育(原环球教育)颜王团杨亮老师的观点,人家赚得多还是有原因的。

  On the one hand, those high-level managing talents do contribute much more to development of companies or organizations compared with common workers. As a rule, those managing staffs take part in decision-making process, including both formulating short-term plans and long-term strategies. It goes without saying that their intelligence does decide the future for their companies and organizations. On top of this, positions associated with management are fairly more demanding than general ones. In spite of their excellent education background, those people are also required to have extensive working experience, effective communication skills and outstanding leadership. By analogy, people with all above qualities surely need to be paid well enough.

  本段为主段,全文是四段结构,但是为不平均分段。本段主要通过两个分论点来论证高级管理职位的工资高是因为他们对公司的贡献大和这些职位的要求很高。

  On the other hand, people with adverse views assert that relatively higher payment that managing staffs gain drives general workers feel unfair, which is consequently and obviously disadvantageous to their work. This is what human resource department is concerned about and what it needs to deal with. HR people are obliged to persuade all employees accept what they are paid by companies and provide an acceptable and promising career plan for each of them, letting them know all of them have a chance to get a high payment.

  本段为次段,重点论述反方观点。首先陈述反方观点,并且对此进行反驳和提供解决的方案,通过此逻辑来否定反方观点。

  Jealousness often brings people unhappiness and even anger. Some people only focus on salary gap instead of realizing how different their resumes are. Employers are never stupid enough to pay high salary for an idler.

  结尾段,并没有保持笔者一如既往地朴实风格,而是相对而言飘渺了一点,但是并未脱离原题。
